This is our current price list. Prices are per week for the property irrespective of number of occupants.

There is a €60 charge (approx £40), per week for cleaning/laundry (linen), which is payable in cash to the English couple who live a few doors down and who handle management for the estate.

Hiring a car is recommended, otherwise we can arrange a pick-up for you from the airport which would be cheaper than the local taxis. Murcia is the nearest airport, 10 minutes away, but Alicante is only 45 minutes away and flights there can be a bit cheaper. A car is not necessary to enjoy yourself here, particularly in Summer, as there are many amenities within a short walk, but it is recommended if you want to get out and about. There is a bus service, however, that links to all the nearby towns.

A 20% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance payable 21 days before departure. There will also be a security deposit of £150, paid by cheque, which will be torn up or returned at the end of the holiday.
