There are 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a continental twin (pushed together) with en-suite facilities and 2 sun terraces. Each bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe with drawer storage. In one of the wardrobes is a safe for your passports and valuables. The double room has a balcony and the top bedroom has a sun terrace front and back.

We also have a travel cot available if you have a baby in tow.

There is an en-suite shower room with toilet/basin on the top floor. The first floor has a Bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and 2 basins and there is a separate WC with basin on the ground floor.

The dining table in the lounge expands to seat 8 (at a pinch!) with a high chair available as well.. There is also a sofabed which brings the sleeping capacity of the house up to 8.

The TV receives the main British TV channels, as well as SKY 1, Sky sports 1&2, Sky movies 1, UK Gold, Discovery and all the Spanish TV. There is also a portable CD/Cassette Radio.

There is a lovely, good size kitchen with double sink, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster and microwave. There is crockery, cutlery and glasses for 8. The washing machine is outside on the sun patio, as well as another shower and a washing line. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

There are heaters and fans in each bedroom and the lounge.

Although there are 3 steps up to the front door, there is easier (though not completely flat) access via the back door.

Linen and towels (not beach) are provided.

There is a carport/patio area at the front and a courtyard out the back which opens out onto the pool area. Garden furniture is available that you can situate as you like.
